We will begin construction of your home after the design, pricing and permitting processes are complete. You , the clients, are our number one priority.  We are here to serve you.  We will determine exactly what your home will cost to build.  If a change is requested, we will send you a change order to approve before the work begins.

We will provide you with a schedule and we will complete your home on time.  Your construction manager will supervise your job, on-site,  until the last very day.
