Sanctuary Santa Fe

Stately and refined, warm and enchanting, every detail of this Santa Fe custom home is a form of art that beckons to you and holds your eye.  Spanning over 7800 heated sq. ft. and over 13,000 under roof, both interior and exterior are equally inviting and seamless in flow.

Each structural and accent detail is custom, mixing materials for both an organic and clean elegant finish. The front Entry door, configured in metal and glass, was designed to complement the natural setting of the home, integrating textures in the glass to blur the lines between interest and privacy.

Both interior and exterior spaces were given considerable attention to enable entertaining of any size group, transitioning with ease.

The home’s commanding front exterior presents with chiseled stone Aztec style columns piercing the stucco frame, complemented by strong modern lines of the façade transcending time.  The large expansive back portals, snugly nestled in the beautifully manicured greens, provides unparalleled striking views of the Jemez Mountains, a large area of mostly undisturbed forested wilderness, with volcanic peaks and historic sites adding to the New Mexico landscape drama.

In its totality, a perfectly designed and executed Prull masterpiece.
