Custom metal gates, metal capped parapets and chimneys and custom metal canales frame the architecture with striking detail. The home’s presence is felt immediately, its form accented by extensive exterior tile walls and large-format flooring that continues throughout the interiors, offering continuity and flow.

Crossing into the heart of the property, water and fire animate the outdoor living spaces, where custom fountains, fireplaces, and a sculpted fire pit combine with lush, extensive landscape designed to create a sense of peace and movement. Portals expand from every angle—the dining portal warmed by a wood fireplace and ceiling heaters, the master portal glowing with a gas fireplace—all designed for year-round enjoyment. The outdoor kitchen completes the setting, encouraging effortless gatherings and quiet evenings alike.

Inside, the tone shifts toward intimate refinement. Variance plaster walls catch natural light in soft layers, while specialty lighting fixtures add warmth and focus. The kitchen, anchored by Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and wrapped in quartzite surfaces, is at once refined and functional, blending seamlessly into dining and living areas. The master wing provides a sanctuary of its own, offering dual master bathrooms, a soaking tub, walk-in showers and a private steam shower. A guest wing, complete with its own living space, ensures that visitors enjoy privacy and comfort equal to that of the main residence.

Technology and innovation quietly support the beauty, with smart home integration managing lighting, sound, and shade control, while advanced humidification and radiant heating/cooling systems ensure effortless comfort.
